John took over day-to-day operations of Holbrook Service in 1987.  Prior to that he worked in the accounting department and in nearly every other capacity within the company.  John has made it his goal over the years in striving to ensure that our customers are happy with the service we have provided them.  Having spent many years himself selling his own company’s service, his sales and customer service experience are second to none in the industry.

Mark Shumway:

Mark has been with Holbrook Service for over 20 years.  During his time here he has managed over 800 contracts, saving our customers time and money with valuable time saving preventative maintenance agreements.

Mike McCoy:

Mike is the rookie amongst the sales personnel, having been with Holbrook Service for 7 years.  Mike brings with him over 30 years of work experience in the HVAC field and is always looking for new ways to help our customers.
